An 18-foot-long wooden home built by a man from Texas is now $8 million and is worth $10 million, the owner said in a statement.
The house, which was built in 2007, was bought by a woman who lived in Nebraska in 2018.
The home is in a residential area with a lake and is located on a rural property.
The woman, who did not want to be identified, said the house is worth a lot more than $8m and the $8million estimate is a conservative figure.
The house is in Nebraska’s largest city and sits on a lot that was once a grain elevator, which has since been turned into a residential complex.
The home’s value has skyrocketed since the woman bought it, with a listing on Ebay selling it for $898,000.
The seller said the property was built by an American and that he had to learn the construction of the house.
He said it’s built to last a lifetime.
The $8 billion price tag is a massive amount for an American home that was built at a time when many homes in the United States were worth less than $1 million.
