How much does a home’s value add up to in a year?
The cost to get a home up to code in the U.S. is $1.49 million, according to a report by the National Association of Home Builders.
For a two-bedroom, it’s $1,837, while for a three-bedroom it’s just $1.,836.
The report also found that most home builders don’t consider a home worth more than $1 million, and many are looking for more affordable options.
